If you have a vision but need assistance in actualizing an action plan business strategist Robert and LaShawne Holland are the best.  I have spent years working with small and medium size business and I am confident that the guidance, insight and direction the Hollands provided will catapult my business forward.   Their attention to detail ensuring you have a sound business model and the infrastructure to execute is unparalleled.
What I learned is that you must plan and the execute.  Be laser focused on your business model - don’t try to boil the ocean do what you do really well and then scale from there.  If you are on the fence about investing in yourself – here is what I would say:  Just Do it = you don’t know what you don’t know until someone opens your eyes to the possibilities. To anyone that might ask me if I would do business with LaShawne and The Wealthy Leaders Institute, I would say that they are proven, passionate and credible.    A lot of people talk a good game but the Hollands have a proven track record for themselves and their clients.  

However, my knowledge and skillset with developing effective sales funnels to attract my ideal client and convert sales was extremely limited.  In addition, I did not have the experience in creating the online learning environment.  Through the concierge service with Rob and LaShawne, I was able to leverage their expertise and results history with my creative content to create the platform I envisioned.We currently are in the process of implementing the plan developed during the VIP session.  Because of the well laid out plan I have clarity as I develop content which speaks to my ideal client, and interview for needed services and resources.  The VIP Day, along with follow-up from LaShawne, has minimized feelings of being overwhelmed and provides additional motivation to press towards the launch of the online program.The pandemic has truly accelerated the demand of the e-learning market.  Adult learning and the self-help industry have merged into an online platform and offering multiple advantages for the client and the coach / instructor.  However, delivery of a quality product is key.  The VIP Day showed me that I can enter into this market leveraging years of experience in my field, so I can partner with more women, increase my income, and regain more of my time.  The VIP Day positioned me for this win.My greatest take away from my VIP Day and the BTM Club Level Services was the increase in confidence that my vision is coming to pass, because LaShawne and Rob have teamed with me.  Having done both programs, Velocity Mastermind, and Born to Multiply, it was phenomenal prep for my VIP Day.If someone was on the fence about doing the Born to Multiply Club Level Services and the VIP Day, my immediate response is “Don’t Deny Yourself!”  The fence doesn’t produce anything but soreness if you stay there too long.  I encourage you to think/dream/imagine of the greatness of your service or product, then have a VIP Day to strategize how to make it available to those who need what you possess.What I like the most about the VIP Day is the certainty that I am creating a business system which allows me to partner with women across the globe while giving me back my time to pursue other interest.  So, if someone was to call me and ask “why should I do business with LaShawne” – I would definitely say this:  You have thought about how to make your business more profitable.  You have thought how to make what you imagined a real product or service in the market place.  It hasn’t been those thoughts that paralyze you but the thoughts of HOW.  The VIP Day strategizes the HOW.  Once you have the strategy, you will confidently move forward.

If you are on the fence about the Club Level Services program, JUST DO IT! You won't regret it!  I have been through several of their programs and they always over deliver.  That’s why I keep coming back.  A few months of work can reap long term reward.  You can't afford to NOT do it!One of my favorite things that I really enjoyed with the VIP Day is that I loved the flow of ideas. Everyone was in sync and on the same page. All ideas presented were carefully evaluated before being added or rejected. No idea was a bad idea. It just may not have fit with where we were trying to go.La Shawne and Rob have proven results. They aren't trying to sell something they haven't personally tried and succeeded in.

I’ve adjusted some of my content so that it can be offered in a couple of “ever-green” programs. I’ve reviewed and made some critical adjustments to my pricing, based on feedback from the session.

Thereby, increasing my revenue this year by 50%.  In addition, I was able to start building an expert brand in the profession that I have enjoyed for over 14 years, special needs nursing.
